WHILE YOU ARE IN OUR FACILITY

  1. Be prompt, ready to learn.
  2. do not listen to music or do anything distracting to your self or others.
  3. Pay attention to others when they are speaking.
  4. Practice a positive attitude.
  5. Put all trash in trash cans.
  6. Refrain from words or actions that are inappropriately sexual or demeaning.
  7. Respect yourself, others, and property.
  8. Enjoy yourself.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I am applying to practice in The Youth Entrepreneur Camp to be held at the SGU Multi-Purpose Building on June 17th , 18th , and19th. In signing up for this event , I am acting according to my free will, and will act under my own free will during the event. I agree to abide by The Youth Entrepreneur Camp Code of Conduct , and further understand that if I violate any of its provisions I can be immediately dismissed from the facility , after which The Youth Entrepreneur Camp will not have any resposibility for my care or conduct . I hereby release The Youth Entrepreneur Camp and its partners from all liability for any injuries incurred while engaged in activities associated with this event. This waiver extends to the respective organizations , their employees , and affiliated volunteers.
